Hotel Policy
Please READ the hotel policy. Be aware of the cancellation and check-in policies outlined below:
- Guests must cancel 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid the cancellation penalty of the first night's room and tax.
- Please ensure that you are using a valid credit card to guarantee late arrival.
- Guests will be asked to provide a valid photo ID and credit card upon arrival.
- Hotel will hold a $100.00 authorization on the card provided at check-in for incidentals. This pending charge will be released by the hotel at time of checkout. The individual's bank determines when the charges will be returned to the cardholder's account.
- Requests for early check-in (check-in before 3:00PM) are handled based upon inventory availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Late check-outs are determined based upon availability and at the discretion of the Front Desk/Hotel Management.
